Meet Dr. Kaveh Azarnoush

Dr. Azarnoush’s path to prosthodontics was driven by a deep appreciation for both science and artistry. While he initially pursued general dentistry, he quickly realized his passion for advanced restorative treatments, leading him to specialize in prosthodontics—a field that demands both technical precision and creative problem-solving.

Raised in Texas, Dr. Azarnoush is proud to call Cedar Park home. His educational journey began at McNeil High School before attending The University of Texas at Austin, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. He then completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio in 2009.

After graduating, he pursued an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency, gaining hands-on experience in complex dental cases. He then spent seven years as a general dentist, co-owning Mosaic Dentistry with his wife, Dr. Conley. However, his drive for excellence and innovation led him to seek additional training, and in 2017, he was accepted into the highly competitive Graduate Prosthodontics Program at UT Health Science Center in San Antonio.

In 2020, he earned his Graduate Prosthodontic Certificate and Master’s Degree, further refining his expertise in advanced restorative treatments, dental implants, and esthetic dentistry.

Dr. Azarnoush’s clinical expertise extends beyond traditional prosthodontics. He specializes in:

• Full-Mouth Rehabilitation – Comprehensive treatment plans for patients with significant tooth loss or extensive dental issues.
• Dental Implants – Precision planning and placement of single implants, implant-supported dentures, and full-arch restorations.

• Esthetic Dentistry – Smile transformations using veneers, custom restorations, and digital smile design.

His commitment to professional excellence led him to earn the prestigious title of Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics, a distinction held by only 154 prosthodontists in Texas. This achievement required passing three rigorous oral exams and one comprehensive written examination, demonstrating his expertise and dedication to the field.

Dr. Azarnoush remains actively involved in continuing education, earning over 50 hours of advanced training annually to stay at the forefront of evolving dental technologies and techniques.
