Randi

Marketing & Patient Care Specialist

Randi joined Mosaic Dentistry in 2021, bringing a passion for patient connections and an unwavering commitment to creating a welcoming atmosphere. Her role extends beyond marketing—she ensures that each patient feels at home, comfortable, and confident in their care.

Randi thrives on building lasting relationships, making every interaction meaningful. Whether she’s coordinating patient experiences or overseeing community outreach, her goal is simple: to make every visit seamless and stress-free.

When she’s not at the practice, Randi enjoys fishing, outdoor adventures, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Lexi

Director of Operations & Patient Care Specialist

With over 20 years of experience in the dental field, Lexi has been an integral part of our practice since 2019. Her career began as a dental assistant, and after more than a decade of hands-on patient care, she transitioned into leadership roles in administration and operations.

Lexi is passionate about helping patients navigate their dental journeys, ensuring they have access to the treatment they need through financial solutions and seamless coordination with other healthcare providers. She takes pride in seeing the transformative impact of dental care on patients’ lives.

Outside of the office, Lexi enjoys attending concerts, watching live sports, and spending time with her husband and two teenage sons.

Alyssa

Registered Dental Hygienist

Alyssa became a part of the Mosaic Dentistry family in 2021, bringing a strong background in both dental hygiene and psychology. Her dual degrees allow her to take a holistic approach to patient care, focusing on both oral health and overall well-being.

She enjoys the strong sense of community within our practice, taking the time to build personal connections with her patients. Alyssa is dedicated to providing thorough, comfortable cleanings while educating patients on the best ways to maintain lifelong oral health.

When she’s not brightening smiles, Alyssa enjoys baking, outdoor activities, and making memories with her husband and three daughters.

Registered Dental Hygienist

Christina has been a valued member of our team since 2015 and is currently advancing her education to further enhance patient care. She has a deep passion for oral health education, ensuring that every patient understands the importance of maintaining their smile.

She takes pride in helping patients achieve their healthiest smiles while making every appointment informative, comfortable, and positive. Christina loves the collaborative spirit of our practice and is committed to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care.

Outside of work, Christina enjoys weightlifting, fitness, and spending time with her husband and two dogs.

Registered Dental Assistant

Annissa has been part of Mosaic Dentistry since 2014 and is known for her warm personality and ability to ease dental anxiety. She takes the time to get to know each patient, making every visit feel personal and stress-free.

She believes that a dental office should feel like a second home, where patients feel heard, respected, and comfortable. Annissa finds great joy in helping patients overcome their fears and leave with newfound confidence.

Outside the office, Annissa enjoys reading, working out, and embracing all things sparkly, pink, and glittery. She also has a special love for cute and quirky animals like armadillos and opossums!

Registered Dental Assistant

Denisse became a part of our team in 2022, bringing a unique blend of dental and academic experience. With a background in criminal justice and biology, she is passionate about both patient care and lifelong learning.

Denisse is dedicated to helping patients feel confident in their dental treatment while continuously expanding her knowledge in the field. She dreams of becoming a traveling dentist, participating in global mission trips, and one day opening a dental practice in the Dominican Republic.

When she’s not working toward her goals, Denisse enjoys spending time outdoors, soaking up the sun, and making memories with her family.
