Case Study: A Full-Mouth Restoration for Renewed Confidence
Patient: Michelle B.
Concern: Michelle's teeth have become short over time, compromising esthetics and making it hard to chew efficiently.
Treatment: Michelle's treatment is called a full mouth rehabilitation including crown lengthening to level the top gumline and expose more tooth structure on the lower anterior teeth.
Michelle has always wanted a beautiful smile and wanted to be able to finally see what's possible. Dr. Kaveh Azarnoush and Michelle worked together to design and try her new smile before making the her final teeth.
Dental implants were used to replace two teeth on the lower right
Custom prosthetic crowns to restore function and esthetics
Bite realignment therapy to correct years of uneven wear
The result? A natural-looking, fully restored smile with improved function. Michelle regained the ability to chew comfortably, speak clearly, and smile with confidence.

Case Study: A Full-Mouth Restoration for Renewed Confidence
Patient: Kim
Concern: Missing multiple teeth, not happy with her smile.
Treatment: Implant fixed teeth.
Kim has struggled with her teeth for years, affecting her ability to chew and smile. She visited with Dr. Azarnoush, accompanied by her daughter (a dental assistant), to seek fixed implant supported restorations. Kim and Dr. Azarnoush worked together to design and create prostheses that improved Kim’s smile and ability to chew.
Dental implants are used to connect to the teeth
The teeth have special connection so that they don't need to be removed.
The fixed teeth are a great option to restore Kim's smile and function
Case Study: Dentures replacing natural teeth
Patient: Steve
Concern: Steve had previous dentures that he could not wear and wasn't comfortable with his lower denture.
Treatment: We made Steve a new upper denture and a lover denture that attached to implants
Steve has been missing his teeth for many year and had lost a lot of gum support to be able to wear his lower denture. We discussed using lower implants for the dentures to attach to.
New upper denture with better retention
Lower denture that attaches to a bar
The result? A better fitting upper denture and a lower denture that doesn't move when Steve eats
